That's because Hops is famous for brewing beer from original recipes in the microbreweries housed in each restaurant. Approximately two weeks is spent on each batch, ensuring beverages will be both fresh and ready to hit the spot. And besides their regular assortment of flavored beers, Hops has seasonal tastes like Flying Squirrel Nut Brown Ale and Hoptoberfest.
