Last year, the separate Dolly's Splash Country water theme park opened next to Dollywood. The theme park offers thrill rides, wet rides, children's and family rides, master craftspeople, shows and concerts, and a calendar of seasonal and special events, including Festival of Nations, a showcase for artists and entertainers from around the world.
