P.F. Chang's believes in the principles of Fan and T'sai, a Chinese philosophy that says a perfect meal has a harmony of taste achieved by balancing taste, texture, color and aroma. And most of us think "mashed potatoes or Stove Top stuffing?" is a big decision.
