WAFFLE HOUSE

Waffle House is open 24/7, including holidays. So somebody must be in there during the daylight hours. And we imagine the bill of fare – the waffles, the hash browns (served seven ways), the steak and eggs, the patty melts, the grits, the raisin toast, and so much more – taste the same when the sun is out.

But it's in the hours between dead of night and break of dawn that Waffle House calls to us, and leaves us too Scattered, Smothered and Covered with desire to resist.
