We don't want to perpetuate any Hollywood stereotypes but … if Tony Soprano moved to Knoxville to take over the "waste management business," he'd eat at Naples. The food is freshly made, the recipes would pass muster with any Italian, the wine list is good and extensive, and the restaurant has a cozy, neighborhood feel.
