Since reopening its doors early last year, Regas has returned to the top of the heap in the world of Knoxville's fine dining. It's really no surprise that hungry East Tennesseans celebrating anniversaries, birthdays and other important landmarks head to Regas for a bit of wining and dining. The impeccable signature dishes – from prime rib to the red velvet cake – are to die for.

After a trip to Regas, you just might return, this time to celebrate the special occasion of eating at Regas. Then again, there's Shampoo Day, Long Distance Day and Fishing Day. Any excuse to get back to Regas will do.
