MONTERREY

The name "Monterrey" tends to remind us of cheese. Cheese tends to remind us of the cheesy, spicy goodness of hot Mexican food. Mexican food tends to remind us of Monterrey Mexican Restaurant.

We're not sure what our psychologist would make of that particular word association. But we know what we'd make of it and that's a quick trip to Monterrey. There we'd find an assortment of traditional Mexican dishes, heaping with cheese, spice and yum.

Heck, our psychologist might even come, too.
