PAPA JOHN'S

Red is a great color. It goes really well on lots of things. Bricks. Sports cars. Fire engines. Red crayons. And, of course, pizza sauce.

Knoxvillians love their pizza, particularly Papa John's. Ever since John Schnatter started the first Papa John's 17 years ago in a broom closet in his father's tavern in Jeffersonville, Ind., the business has been spreading like hotcakes.

And with 15 toppings, four sauces and four side peppers to choose from, as well as speedy delivery and friendly service, it's not hard to understand why.
