Todd Howell is an avid camper -- so if his sleeping bag gets soggy, he's got nobody to blame but himself. That won't happen often, though. Channel 10's chief meteorologist has a master's degree in geo-science; not only does he have enough sense to come in out of the rain, he can see it coming.
